tip no. 1. is "Running" dosto agr ap regular running karte ho to ap jarur ek fit body ke owner ban sakte ho kyunki running karne se hamare pure shareer ki exercise ho jati he so hame kuch extra karne ki jarurat nahi hogi.. av kich log soch rahe honge ki hamare pas waqt nahi hota . to bahi vahi to nikalna he yar..
