Hello friends mera nam Ravi kumar he.. to jesa ki aap sab jante hi honge ki ajkl body bnane ka kitna trend chal raha he. Or ye trend ajkl ke youths me kuch yada hi he. Pr kuch bhai ese bhi he jinko achi body to chahiye but exercise karne me alas dikhate he.. dosto agr apko ek achi body bnani he to apko km se km din me ek bar (morning or evening) jarur gym jana chahiye.

1. Push ups:-  sabse pehli exercise he push ups kyunki yahi ek exercise he jise ek beginier se lekar har bda bodybuilder use krta he. ye ek exercise apke pure shareer ko warm up kr degi jo apko age workout krne me help karegi

2. Bench press:--  dosto dusri exercise he bench press. ye exercise ek road or
dumbel ke sath ki ja skti he. or ye exercise apki puri chest ke liye batter he.


3. Dumble press:- bhaiyo 3sri exercise ka nam he dumble press jo ki bahut hi jayada painful hoti he.or is exerciae se ap uper chest or side chest ki achi exercise kr skte ho.. ye bahut hi benificial exercise he.

4. pull ups :- dosto apne jyada tr pullups ki exercise ko kiya hoga ya kisi ko krte dekha hoga ..pull ups hmare biceps ko to strong bnate hi he lekin sath hi ye exercise hmari chest ko buildup krne me bhi kafi useful hoti he.
